Senior Manager of Servant Leadership


The Senior Manager of Servant Leadership is a leadership role in the Lockheed Martin Leadership Association

that reports to the Director of Service, who supports the Program Management Leadership Team. The goal of 

the Senior Manager of Servant Leadership team is to help the Service Director develop, organize and execute 

the Servant Leadership curriculum, classes, workshops and annual conference. This team will aid LMLA in

creating a pipeline of Servant Leaders for Lockheed Martin Aero to pull from and ensure LMLA is on the cutting 

edge of leadership development. 


Responsibilities specific to Senior Manager of Servant Leadership:

• Develop, organize and execute Servant Leadership related events:

o Servant Leadership curriculum and classes

o The Servant Leadership Annual Lockheed Martin Conference

o Others

• Assist Director in establishing yearly Service Team budget associated with Servant Leadership

• Identify opportunities and present plans to pursue them


Core responsibilities to the Service Team:

• Developing relationships within LM to secure opportunities of growth for members. 

• Executing alongside their team, the programs and events from inception through completion. 

• Helping achieve the overall strategic vision for the Program Management team. 

• Ensuring programs and events exceed LMLA standards with respect to quality, cost, and schedule. 

• Always seeking stretch objectives with team to maximize the membership experience. 

• Following the necessary processes, visibility, and governance are in place to drive successful delivery.
