2008-2009 Organization Chart (including Board of Directors)

Roles/Duties of the Board of Directors at Fort Worth:
  • Governing body of LMLA comprised of nine members elected by the membership
  • Approves policy and procedures and ensures that LMLA focuses on its goals and objectives
  • Responsible for approving resolutions to the bylaws and proposing amendments to the constitution for vote by the membership
  • Provides a "check and balance" for LMLA and works in line with the president
