- April – Manager of the Year notified by Committee Chair, Board Chair and Chapter President

- December – Chair selects Scholarship Committee Member (LMLA Members)
- January – Scholarship Packets assembled – Message released about LMLA Scholarship Program and Packages made available for pickup
- March (mid) – Due Date for Package Submittal to LMLA Office or coordination point
- March (end) – Committee review packets and select top candidates (some quantity based on total received)
- April (mid –end) – Committee Notify top candidates and schedule top candidates for personal interviews
- May – Top "5" candidates selected based on ALL criteria and notified
- June – "5" Scholarship Winners Recognized @ General Membershp Meeting
- June (end) – Checks mailed to Scholarship Winners school of choice

- Record any new resolutions approved by the Board of Directors throughout the year
