LMLA is sponsoring a natural health workshop series on Mondays; April 28, May 5, 12, 19 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Location: First Baptist Church of White Settlement; 7801 White Settlement Road, White Settlement 76108. COST: $30 for members and $35 for non-members. This fee covers all four seminars. Bring pad and pencil. Additional supplies will be provided at the beginning of the first seminar for an additional fee of $5 payable to Dr. Tayler. Friends and family welcome.

A qualified Naturopath, Dr. Janet Tayler, ND is foremost an educator. She believes that education empowers and is needed to make crucial lifestyle choices that correct and prevent many diseases and maintains hormonal balance for men and women.

The four workshop seminars are:

1. "Your Body Your Health" (What causes health or ill-health?)
2. "Stress - A Sure Path to Disease" (Why should I change?)
3. "Fight Obesity and Prevent Ill-health" (Why should I change?)
4. "Prevention is Far Better Than Cure"  (How do I change?)
